Hi Friends!

Little Wild Seeds is all about sowing little seeds of thought, mostly about things we should be thinking about, but which (out of habit or otherwise) we just don’t give much or any thought to at all. My blog aims to promote kindness, critical thought, inclusiveness and meaningful change. We can all be better, and do better, but sometimes it’s hard to know where to start. So my blog posts (where relevant) also give some modest ideas on how we, as individuals, can create meaningful change in our behaviours, our community and our world on topics that seem to be overwhelming or too big for little old us to tackle on our own.

I’ve also included my Diary from when I walked the Kokoda Track, just because it was a life-changing and humbling experience that I think is worth sharing.

I hope you enjoy, and please remember, these are my own thoughts so if you disagree I am absolutely all for healthy debate and constructive criticism, but I don’t tolerate bullies, hate speech or keyboard warriors, so if you want to call me out with anything other than kindness, then I’ll be sure to remind you that your words are a reflection on you, not me. Take care friends xx
